Our property address is 4600 South Topeka Blvd, Topeka, KS 66609. We’re right next to Kwik Shop, near the communities of Auburn, Pauline, and Burlingame. Additonally, we’re only 4 miles away from Washburn University meaning you can reach our facility in less than 10 minutes.
How wide are the storage unit doors and types?
There are two types of storage unit doors: Swing door: A standard room door. Roll-up door: Rolls up just like the door on your garage.
Roll-up doors are eight feet wide. We also offer hanicap accessible units.
What are the access hours of your facility?
Our tenants can get access to their storage units 24 hours a day. Our convenient access hours are perfect for anyone who’s busy! This means from renting a unit, paying a bill andd storing your belongings. Everything is done online to fit your busy lifestyle. What is temperature control?
Many people don’t think they need temperature-controlled storage when they’re just planning their next renting experience. But while there are some materials that are resistant to damage from extreme temperatures, most items will be negatively affected by such exposure. How do I share my digital key with my friends?
Our secure mobile app is the answer you’ve been looking for! This useful tool allows our tenants not only to get access to our facility and storage units but to grant and revoke temporary access to their trusted friends or team members, too. Download the smart entry app and you can share the key with movers, friends and family. Not only that, you will. get notifications when the unit door is opened, and when the unit has movement dectected, since all units have motion sensors in them.
What is the adminstration fee for? Do you charge a security deposit?
We charge an adminstration fee this fee is a standard fee charged to all new rentals, transfers of units, This fee will be paid upon move-in. We do not charge a security deposit. It takes time to clean up, do all the paperwork etc.
