Accessing your NEW storage unit is easy and fast with the smart entry system. Simply read on to follow the steps for new tenants if you are having issues with accessing your new unit and are in our system.

QUICK TIPS IF HAVING PROBLEMS AND ARE SET UP IN SYSTEM

1. IF YOU ARE AN OUTSIDE UNIT-PLEASE PUT YOUR FOOT ON THE HANDLE THEN HIT THE LOCK THIS WILL UNLOCK YOUR UNIT.
2. IF YOU ARE INSIDE-PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL DOORS ARE RED AND SHUT BEFORE LEAVING. IF YOUR UNIT DOOR IS NOT RED OPEN IT UP AND RESHUT IT. IF IT IS STILL NOT RED. HIT THE SAFTEY BUTTON ON THE INSIDE THIS WILL FIX IT.
3. TO OPEN THE OUTSIDE DOORS- YOU HAVE TO PUSH IN ON THE HANDLE THEN PULL OUT AFTER HITTING THE UNLOCK BUTTON.
